Plans and Usage Charges

Use the pricing page for current Dingdang plans and additional service rates. Check billing for the usage and billing information available for your account.

Credits, App calls, and tasks

UnitMeaning
Bot subscriptionKeeps one Dingdang bot running for its subscription period. See pricing for included allowances.
CreditsBalance consumed by extras such as personal WeCom sign-in, built-in services, and App calls beyond the allowance. Check the top-up page for the amount paid, credits received, and promotional balance.
App callA request through a connected App. 20K means 20,000 calls.
Chat message or taskThe work you ask Dingdang to do, not the billing unit for App calls. One task can query, read, and write across several systems, making multiple calls.

For example, preparing a report from project records may involve searching for records, reading their details, and writing the report to a document. Do not count one chat message as one App call. Connection-maintenance requests may also count; see the App-call rules on the pricing page.

The extra monthly personal WeCom charge does not replace the bot subscription or make built-in services, excess calls, and third-party accounts free. Budget for fixed subscriptions, optional extras, and actual usage separately.

Review costs before a task

  1. Check the current plan and what it includes.
  2. Identify the connected Apps and built-in services required for the task.
  3. Review any listed usage-based charges for those services.
  4. For recurring work, review the schedule and expected frequency as well as the cost of a single run.

Built-in image, video, and speech services may incur usage charges. Availability depends on the account and enabled tools. A connected third-party service may also have its own subscription or data-access requirements; check that provider’s terms.

Investigate unexpected usage

Compare the task, service, and execution time with the information shown in billing. For scheduled work, also check how often the task ran. Contact support with enough context to identify the run, without sharing account credentials.

This guide does not duplicate plan amounts or rates: follow the current pricing page and account billing information when making a purchase decision.
