Talk to the CEO

I'm Shaun, CEO of Dingdang. I'd love to hear how Dingdang could fit into your team's daily work, what's useful, and what we should make better. Feel free to reach out anytime.

Why we started

Teams have more AI assistance than ever, but the actual work still sits across messages, tickets, docs, dashboards, files, calendars, and customer records.

We started Dingdang so teams can hand off cross-tool work to an AI employee with clear access boundaries, connected accounts, reusable methods, and a record of what happened.

Meet the team

We build Dingdang as a product for everyday operational work, shaped by implementation details, customer conversations, GitHub issues, and open-source habits.

What we believe

These beliefs shape the product more than a feature checklist does.

AI employees should work where the team works

Dingdang should start from the channels, Apps, and records people already use, then bring the result back into the same workflow.

Every action needs a boundary

Teams should always be able to see which accounts Dingdang uses, who has access, and how much has been used.

Repeat work deserves a repeatable method

When a task works well once, the steps, checks, and output format should be easy to run again.

How we work

We care about making Dingdang useful in ordinary work: clear requests, reliable actions, well-defined access, and results people can trust.

We start from delegated work

Reports, follow-ups, launch prep, content operations, and data cleanup show us what Dingdang needs to learn next and which tools it should reach.

We keep control close to the action

When Dingdang works in an external system, teams should know who can use it, what it can do, and what just happened.

We let usage shape the product

What teams hand to Dingdang, where the work gets stuck, and which jobs keep coming back show us what to improve next.
